Your application is considered ready for submission once the required documents have been received and the applicable service fee payment has been confirmed.

The service fee covers our application assistance, document review, and submission support. The official UAE visa fee is charged separately. No hidden fees apply; the full cost breakdown is provided before payment.
Required Documents
Standard requirements include:
- Valid passport scan — minimum 6 months validity from intended date of entry
- Recent passport-sized photograph against a white background
- Return flight ticket or travel itinerary
- Travel insurance with international and medical coverage valid for the full duration of stay
- Additional documents may be required based on visa type, nationality, and individual application circumstances
Our team confirms the complete document list for your specific application at the time of submission. Applications submitted with incomplete, illegible, or incorrect documents may be delayed or rejected. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided are accurate, complete, and genuine. We are not responsible for rejection resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the applicant.

These are estimated timelines. Processing may be affected by immigration authority workload, UAE public holidays, or requests for additional documentation. Applicants are encouraged to apply well in advance of their intended travel date to allow sufficient time for processing and any additional documentation requests. We are not liable for delays caused by the immigration authority.
Application Tracking
Applicants receive access to our online visa status tracking portal, where available. Your visa support team will provide updates at key stages of the application process. Your dedicated visa expert will contact you at each key stage of the process and is available to answer any questions during business hours.
Visa Delivery
Approved visas are delivered by email in PDF format. Upon receipt, please verify all details immediately — name, date of birth, passport number, and visa validity. Any discrepancies must be reported to us before your travel date.
Amendments
Amendment requests — such as changes to travel dates or passport details — must be submitted immediately and before the application is forwarded to the immigration authority. Once submitted to the relevant authority, amendment requests may require cancellation of the existing application and a new application, with additional government or service fees potentially applying.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
Rejection Policy
Visa rejections are made exclusively by UAE immigration authorities and are beyond our control. Visa rejection is determined solely by the relevant UAE immigration authority. Our service fee is non-refundable after submission where applicable, including in cases where the application is rejected, subject to the refund terms stated in this policy. We will advise on next steps and assist with re-application where appropriate.
Urgent Visa Service
Urgent processing is available upon request, subject to eligibility, and carries a higher service fee. While we prioritise urgent applications and work to expedite the process, faster processing cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the authority’s timeline. Please contact us before applying if you have an urgent travel requirement.
Liability

We do not issue visas, make immigration decisions, or guarantee approval.
